③ Visiting / Online Visiting

・We will contact you at the time of your return. In that case, please check the details by email or in-store. Additional photos and videos are also available.

-You can also visit the dog in person in advance, or visit online at Kanedai stores.
(You can adjust the tour on weekdays and holidays. Online tours are only available on weekdays from 10pm to 6pm)

- During the online tour, you can see the target pups in real time from the device in store.

We will arrange separate dates for both, so please wait for a reply from us.

④ Contract

・For pups under 56 days old, a reservation fee (10,000 to 30,000 yen) will be charged.

・For pups that are over 56 days old, we will hold a deposit (10,000 to 30,000 yen).
Once you have added the deposit, the breeder's dog you wish to have will come to the store, so the dog you wish to have will be handed over afterwards.

・Reservations and deposits can be paid in-store or by bank transfer.
*Reservation fees and deposits cannot be refunded in principle if the customer cancels due to their own reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

⑤ Welcome

・Pups under 56 days of age will be handed over after 56 days of age.
(The law prohibits selling pups under 56 days of age. Please forgive us in advance.) -
For pups that are over 56 days of age, the delivery will be made at the store where you have reserved the item.

Other notes

- A separate fee for the peace of mind support pack (approximately 40,000 yen to 65,000 yen including tax) will be charged. The price varies depending on purebred dogs and mixed dogs. Please contact us for more details.
